OUR MISSION 
Wabash Cannonball Chili for Charity is a 501(c)(3) Corporation. We aim to host the most fun and exciting chili cookoff competition around! We do this while raising money for our local Wabash County charities, making sure they are spotlighted and showered with the community support and recognition they deserve!

Come & taste several variations of homemade Chili, cooked on site!

When: Saturday, October 19, 2024 (Chili tasting begins at noon!)

You can find the current official CASI Rules at Rules 2017-2020 (casichili.net) 

>> Chili must be cooked on site - All chili must be cooked from scratch on site the day of the cookoff. All chili must be prepared in the open (no cooking in motorhomes, etc.). 

>> Chili must be cooked from scratch. - "Scratch" is defined as starting with raw meat. No marinating is allowed. Commercial chili powder is permissible, but complete commercial chili mixes ("just add meat" mixes that contain premeasured spices) are not permitted.

>> There should be NO fillers in the Chili - Beans, macaroni, rice, hominy, or other similar ingredients are NOT permitted. Onions, peppers, tomatoes, garlic, etc., are permitted in chili as long as these ingredients are of consistent size and are distributed evenly throughout the judging cup.
